MatMar10 File Sync Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This application (“the App”) is a personal-use software tool developed and operated by a single individual. It is not offered to the public, not distributed, and not authorized for use by anyone other than the developer.

The App exists solely to synchronize files between services owned and controlled by the developer.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies only to the App and its internal operation when used by its sole authorized user (the developer). No other users are permitted to access or use the App.

3. Information Accessed

The App accesses the following data strictly as required for its functionality:

  • Google account authentication information (via OAuth)
  • Files and file metadata explicitly selected by the user for synchronization

The App does not collect, store, or process any personal data beyond what is necessary to perform file synchronization for the authorized user.

4. Data Storage and Retention

  • No user data is stored on third-party servers outside of Google services and the developer’s own infrastructure.
  • OAuth tokens and credentials are stored securely and used only for authenticated API access.
  • Data is retained only as long as necessary for synchronization and system operation.

5. Data Sharing

  • No data is shared with third parties.
  • No data is sold, rented, or transferred.
  • No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.

6. Limited Access

Access to the App is strictly limited to the developer. There is:

  • No user registration
  • No multi-user functionality
  • No external access or public interface

Any attempt to use the App outside its intended personal scope is unauthorized.

7. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect accessed data, including:

  • Secure credential storage
  • Restricted access controls
  • Use of Google-recommended OAuth security practices

8. Children’s Information

The App is not intended for use by children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed to reflect changes in functionality or compliance requirements. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last updated” date.
