1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of this application (“the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Nature of the App

The App is a private, personal-use software application developed and operated by a single individual for their own use.

The App:

  • Is not offered to the public
  • Is not a commercial service
  • Is not intended for multi-user access
  • Is not authorized for use by anyone other than the developer

3. Authorized Use

Only the developer is authorized to access or use the App. Any other use, access, or attempted access is unauthorized and prohibited.

There is no user registration, account creation, or role-based access system.

4. Functionality

The App is used solely to synchronize files between services owned and controlled by the developer, including access to Google services via OAuth where required.

Functionality may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Data Access

The App accesses data only as necessary to perform its intended functionality. All data access is governed by the accompanying Privacy Policy.

The App does not provide guarantees regarding data availability, integrity, or persistence.

6. No Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App.

8. Security Responsibility

The developer is solely responsible for:

  • Securing access credentials
  • Managing OAuth tokens
  • Ensuring appropriate configuration and use of the App

9. Termination

Use of the App may be terminated at any time by discontinuing its operation or deleting associated credentials and data.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
